The space
The accommodation offers generous space, modern comfort and high-quality amenities – ideal for a relaxing holiday, a longer stay or working remotely.

The house features two bedrooms.
One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable 1.80 × 2.00 m double bed, the second with a 1.60 × 2.00 m bed, both with effective blackout options for a restful sleep. Both bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, which can be used for cooling and heating.

A special highlight are the two conservatories.
One is set up as a home office with a modern height-adjustable desk, allowing you to work both seated and standing. The second conservatory offers a cozy seating area for relaxing, reading or unwinding.

The living room is modern and stylish, featuring a comfortable sofa and a large 75-inch smart TV for movie and streaming nights. It also includes air conditioning with heating function, as well as a fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during cooler evenings.

The fully equipped kitchen is new and high quality, featuring modern brand-name appliances (including Bosch). It includes an oven with integrated air fryer function, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and a large American-style fridge with ice dispenser.

The bathroom is modern and includes a shower and toilet.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large terrace, partly covered, with a spacious outdoor dining table and seating. There is also a comfortable lounge area next to the large barbecue grill, ideal for social evenings.

The 9 × 3 meter swimming pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor area. It is illuminated and surrounded by four sun loungers and two large sun umbrellas. The entire outdoor area is beautifully lit in the evenings.

Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
A washing machine is provided.
Street parking is available directly in front of the house.
All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay.
This includes the whole house, all indoor living areas, the terrace, garden, pool area and barbecue facilities. The accommodation is for private use only.

Check-in is contactless via a key lockbox. Detailed information regarding check-in, the key lockbox and further instructions will be provided shortly before arrival.

Only two small private storage areas are not accessible to guests (a locked tower storage space and a small side storage room). All other areas are fully available for guest use.

Only around 10 km from the famous Bolnuevo beach, the property is ideally positioned to reach fine sandy shores within minutes, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a wide range of water sports. Bolnuevo is well known for its stunning beaches, the striking rock formations known as “Las Gredas”, and its lively yet laid-back atmosphere — ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or leisurely walks along the promenade.

Within just 15–20 minutes, you can also reach Puerto de Mazarrón, a lively coastal town offering a wide selection of additional beaches, water sports, shops, restaurants, and cafés. The seaside promenade invites relaxing walks by the sea, while the local gastronomy ranges from authentic Spanish cuisine to international specialties — from tapas and fresh seafood to Mediterranean delights.

🌊 The entire region boasts over 35 km of coastline, featuring diverse beaches, peaceful coves, and wonderful spots for sunsets, snorkeling, or diving.
